How Was WWE SmackDown Viewership With Royal Rumble Fallout?

This week's WWE SmackDown episode, featured the fallout from the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. This week's show opened with Becky Lynch and ended with Triple H announcing WWE Champion Daniel Bryan will be defending his title against Mustafa Ali, Samoa Joe, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton, and AJ Styles at next month's WWE Elimination Chamber PPV, drew 2.137 million viewers. This is down slightly from last week's 2.142 million viewers.

Last year's post-Rumble SmackDown drew 2.5 million viewers, so the number is down 14% from last year's show.

SmackDown was #2 for the night in viewership on cable, behind Curse of Oak Island.

Curse of Oak Island topped the night on cable in viewership with 3.555 million viewers.

In comparison, Monday's WWE RAW drew 2.703 million viewers, up from last week's 2.462 million viewers.
