Impact Wrestling Hard To Kill Results: Sami Callihan Vs. Tessa Blanchard

Madman Fulton (with Jake and Dave Crist) vs. Ken Shamrock

Shamrock with a few kicks to get us started, but Fulton with a takedown and gets locked into a cross armbreaker. Fulton swings Shamrock into the ropes for the break. Fulton with a single leg takedown, for whatever reason, and gets locked into a heel hook. Fulton looks to choke Shamrock, he gets out of it, Fulton charges with a big boot and gets tied up in the ropes, Shamrock with a flurry of strikes. Fulton then tries for an armbreaker in the ropes, has to break the hold. Shamrock then leaps over the top rope, but Fulton catches him in mid air. Shamrock slips out, and hits a gutwrench release german suplex. Throws some knees to Fulton's face. Shamrock then clotheslines Jake to the floor.

Dave jumps on the apron and yells at Shamrock, then eats a right hand. Referee ends up tossing the Crist brothers. In the ring, Fulton plants Shamrock to the mat. Fulton with a chokeslam, he looks for another but Shamrock swings away. Fulton tries for another, Shamrock counters into a standing kimura, Fulton drops down for a two-count.

Shamrock cranks it back, but Fulton says he can keep going. Fulton throws a punch, Shamrock with a sweep kick, Fulton drops Shamrock to the mat, cover, two. Shamrock rolls back and yanks back on Fulton's arm. Fulton ends up tapping out with his head since his arms were trapped.

- Earlier today, Impact World Champion Sami Callihan shows up with the rest of oVe. We also see Tessa Blanchard enter the building.

- Commentary running down tonight's lineup. We see footage of Rich Swann getting hurt on Bash at the Brewery 2 (ankle), commentary not sure what condition he'll be in for tonight's match.

Ace Austin (c) vs. Trey (Impact X-Division Championship)

Trey immediately takes down Austin, who runs to the outside and Trey gives chase. Back in the ring, Trey with a spear, kick, neckbreaker that sends the champ to the floor. Trey looks to fly, Austin with a kick, but Trey catches it and then throws a kick, sending Austin back down. Trey flips out, Austin ducks and swings away on Trey, attempts to send him in the ring, Trey flips around and kicks Austin. Trey then hits a moonsault off the second turnbuckle on Austin. Back in the ring, Trey continues to control things until he gets knocks to the floor. Austin with a fosbury flop down on the challenger then throws him into the barricade. Trey's mom is sitting front row and Austin beats up Trey in front of her, throws Trey into the ring, cover, two.

Trey counters a clothesline, eats a kick from Austin, cover, two. Back and forth attacks lead to Austin with a chop block, then stomps away on it. Bang-a-rama hits on Trey, cover, two-count. Austin continues to control the match. Trey finally is able to land a kick to the back of the head. Trey heads to the top rope, leaps, flips through, reverse suplex into a dragon suplex. Austin slips out, lands a forearm, flatliner, cover, two. Springboard spinning heel kick, cover, two. Austin is getting a bit frustrated now.

Trey put up on the top turnbuckle, Austin follows, but gets his head tucked under and kicked. Rey with another boot, heads to the top rope, Austin leaps, shakes the ropes to crotch Trey. Austin with a weird hurricanrana from the apron, sending Trey down to the mat, hits the fold, cover, 1-2-3.

Winner: Ace Austin via Pinfall

- Post-match, Trey's mom checks on him. Austin goes over and say some stuff to his mom. Trey immediately runs out and takes out Austin. Referees and other wrestlers run out to break things up.

- Backstage, Gabby Loren talks with ODB about her food truck burning down. ODB says her new truck will be up and running in spring 2020. She then says her 2020 will get even better when she becomes five-time Knockouts champion.

Taya Valkyrie with John E Bravo (c) vs. Jordynne Grace vs. ODB (Impact Knockouts Championship)

ODB clunks Grave and Valkyrie's heads right off the bat, then hits splashes on the two of them. ODB then drops Taya's head over Grace's knee. Back in the ring, Grace runs into a back elbow. She ends up on the apron with ODB, who looks to piledriver Grace, but Taya dropkicks ODB to the floor. Grace with a couple strikes, shoulder block, body slam, Taya out to the floor. Grace with a suicide dive taking out the champ. ODB keeps Grace on the floor and hits a fallaway slam on the ramp. ODB back in the ring and gets sent into the turnbuckle by Taya.

Lots of back and forth action with everyone getting in some offense. Grace with multiple power slams, hits a spinebuster on Taya, cover, two. Taya hits a big knee to Grace, cover, ODB breaks it up. Grace with a chop to ODB, runs into a back elbow. ODB heads up top, but Grace picks the ankle, sending her to the mat. Grace now going to the top rope and hits a senton cannonball, cover, Taya breaks it up. Looks for road to valhalla, no, knees Graces to the face. Taya tries for it on ODB, no, ODB with a TKO, cover, Grace with a vader bomb on both women. She goes for the cover on ODB, two. Grace driver hits on ODB, but Bravo jumps up on the apron to distract the referee. Taya is able to slip in for the cover, Bravo holds Grace's foot and Taya picks up the victory.

- Backstage, Gabby talks with Rob Van Dam and Katie Forbes. The duo are just off to the side, making out. Forbes then kicks Gabby to the curb and interviews RVD. She says there's no doubt he'll win, but what is he going to do after the match. RVD says he's go it, even fans want his autograph as Daga passes by. Daga walks up to him and says "Excuse me?" Looking pretty disgusted, eventually walking away.

Rob Van Dam with Katie Forbes vs. Brian Cage

As Cage slapped hands with the fans at ringside, a woman grabbed his arm, allowing RVD to take him down. It was RVD's other girlfriend. RVD goes to work on Cage's arm, but Cage finally gets in some offense with a couple kicks to the head. RVD drops Cage with a chair, Cage's mouth looks to be busted open after that one. Forbes now comes into the ring and holds the chair in front of Cage's face. RVD heads to the top rope and hits the van terminator into Cage's face. Cage looks to be out of it now. Daga runs down to the ring and doesn't want RVD to keep attacking. Cage is taken to the back now? No announcement is made. Not one-percent sure the match ever even got started, very strange.

Winner: Rob Van Dam via Referee Stoppage

- RVD ends up attacking Daga, and the bells rings! So, looks like we have another match going with RVD.

Rob Van Dam vs. Daga

RVD continues to beat up Daga. Daga able to kick RVD, low kick, enziguri, dropkick to the back, sending RVD out to the floor. Forbes climbs on RVD to check on him. Daga leaps down and hits RVD with a crossbody.

Back in the ring, Daga on the top rope, leaps and rolls through, RVD with a tricky pin for two. Daga hits a lung blow, suplex, cover, two. RVD with a corkscrew leg drop. Leaps to the top rope and hits the five star frog splash, cover, and that will do it.

- Backstage, Gabby tries to talk with Sami Callihan. He's not in the mood to talk with anyone and sounds mad. Jake answers the door and says Sami is absolutely fine.

Eddie Edwards vs. Michael Elgin (Edwards' Call Your Shot Trophy is on the line)

Edwards gets the fast start in this one, but when the fight goes to the floor, things take a turn. Elgin pulls the protective mat away, Elgin looks to drop him on it, nope, but superkicks Edwards down. Edwards sent into the ring, boots Elgin off the apron, and then tries for a suicide dive, but Elgin hits him with an elbow. He brings Edwards over to the section of concrete floor and hits a twisting suplex down on it. Elgin with a combo of attacks in the ring, cover, two.

Elgin really controlling things now as he twisted Edwards' neck. Eddie throws some headbutts, then eats a knee to the midsection. Elgin with a kick to the back of the neck. Edwards ends up suplexing himself and Elgin out of the ring! Edwards with an overhead release suplex. He gets back in the ring and nails Elgin with a big suicide dive. Elgin put on the top turnbuckle, Edwards with a backpack stunner, cover, two.

Goes for a boston knee party, Elgin catches him and throws Edwards to the mat. Big clotheslines in the corner, back elbow hits, takes a german suplex, but pops up and hits some brutal elbows to the back of the neck, brainbuster, cover, two. Elgin with a massive elbow that drops Edwards. Back and forth strikes in the ring. Edwards with a big lariat, tiger bomb, cover, two. Edwards ends up getting put on the top turnbuckle. Elgin with an overhead german suplex, cover, 1-2-no! Elgin with a lariat, splash mountain bomb, pin, and Eddie kicks out again. Elgin goes for the Elgin bomb, hitting the turnbuckle bomb, but Edwards is able to reverse the second part of the move for the pinfall victory.

Moose vs. Rhino (No DQ Match)

Lot of action in the ring with Moose hitting a spear on Rhino. Things spill out to the floor with Moose planting Rhino down on the ramp. Rhino recovers, gets a chair and smacks Moose over the back. He's able to drop Rhino and decides to bring a table out from under the ring. He sets it up out on the floor. Moose ends up charging at Rhino, who lifts and powerbombs Moose down through it.

Back in the ring, Moose gets control and hits an elbow drop off the top rope (Moose is dressed as Randy Savage). He goes up to do another one, but Rhino gets up and cracks him with a chair. He piles a bunch of chairs near Moose, still sitting on the top rope. Rhino then superplexes Moose down the chairs! Cover, Moose still kicks out. Rhino puts a table in the corner. Rhino looks for the gore, Moose with a kick to the head, running dropkick, and another one. He goes for a third and eats a clothesline, cover, two.

Rhino goes for another gore through the table, but Moose pulls the referee in the way, both the ref and Moose go through the table. Another referee comes to count the pin, but Moose kicks out. Moose with a lowblow, hits a spear, cover, 1-2-3.

- Rich Swann hurt his ankle on Friday and isn't cleared for tonight's match. The doctor won't even let Swann go to ringside, so Mack is going after the titles himself.

The North (c) vs. Willie Mack (Impact World Tag Team Championship)

The North toy with Mack a bit as they make back and forth tags. Then the duo charge and drop Mack. Mack hits a double clothesline though on them and body slams Alexander. He sends Alexander to the floor, looks to fly, Page gets in the way. Alexander comes in from behind and drops Mack. The numbers game continues to hurt Mack. Alexander send Mack into the turnbuckle. Double team move plants Mack to the mat, and slam him down again, cover, Mack kicks out.

The North sit Mack up on the top rope. He's able to somehow gets Alexander on Page's shoulders and then hits a super canadian destroyer! He falls to the mat and can't get the cover. He sends Page out to the floor, flips out and drops Page. Mack up to the top rope, hits a six star frog splash, cover, Page yanks the referee out of the ring. Page wants a DQ for what he did, Mack says no. Referee tells Page to get into the ring. Mack hits a stunner on Page, tries for one on Alexander and The North end up punche him a bunch of times. The North pull off their finisher, flipping Mack hard to the mat, cover, 1-2-3.

Sami Callihan (c) vs. Tessa Blanchard (Impact World Championship)

Pump kick, piledriver, cover, and Blanchard barely kicks out. Callihan with a chop in the corner, puts her up on the top rope, heads up and she bites him in the forehead. She hits magnum, cover, 1-2-no. Blanchard hits two suicide dives, goes for a third, Callihan catches her, but she hits a hurricanrana. Blanchard heads to the top rope, senton cannonball down on Callihan. Crowd with a "Tessa" chant. Despite what happened on Twitter, the live crowd is still very much in support of Blanchard.

Callihan is beating the heck out of Blanchard on the floor, really focusing on her knee, wrapping her leg around the ring post a couple times. Callihan trash talks and eats a kick to the face. Callihan with an reverse deathlock in the middle of the ring. She's able to get out of it, throws some shots at Callihan and he returns the favor, knocking her to the mat. "Tessa" chant breaks out. Blanchard throws some shots, Callihan plants her and goes for the cover, two count. Callihan gets sent to the floor, Blanchard tries for a flip off the apron, Callihan catches her and powerbombs her through a table.

Tessa is barely able to get back into the ring before the count of 10. She climbs up on the apron with Callihan talking trash. They trade shots. Sami with thumbs to the eyes, and Tessa returns the favor. She boots Callihan in the face, heads to the second rope and hits magnum on the apron. That made no sense as it hurt her banged up knee, she landed hard on the apron, and Callihan falls out to the ring as the referee starts his ten-count. They both got in before the ten count. Blanchard asks to be hit, Callihan swings away and yells to "Stay down." She doesn't. Calilhan fakes a punch and kicks out her knee. She then hits a samoan drop on Callihan.

She heads to the top rope, goes for magnum, he moves. Callihan with a shoulder breaker, pin, two. They trade shots, but Sami hits a german suplex, she gets up pretty quickly though. Blanchard with a boot to the face, cutter, cover, close three. Callihan works over her leg, bending it towards her back. Callihan choking her out, referee checks on her, but she wakes and reaches for the ropes. Callihan then pulls her arm away and she gets her foot to the rope. Callihan grabs the title, referee takes it away though and Sami puts on brass knuckles. She ends up kicking him between the legs while the referee puts the title away. Tessa up top, hits magnum, cover, 1-2-nope! She floats over, trying to choke him out. He gets up to his feet and bites her hand. Sami hits a piledriver, cover, two. He looks for another, jacknife pin by Tessa, only two.

Tessa swings away, spits on her, flips her off. Tessa throws more shots, eats a pump kick, lands a canadian destroyer. She hits another off the second rope. Tessa with with a buzzsaw DDT, cover, 1-2-3.
